1. Acceptance of these terms
By signing up for a workspace, connecting data sources, or submitting a project brief to the engine, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation whose data you are connecting. If you are not authorised to act on that organisation's behalf, you should not proceed.
2. The account you create
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for the actions taken under your account.
- You will notify the platform through the contact form if you suspect a credential has been compromised.
- An organisation's workspace can only be administered by a designated admin user - other users of the workspace inherit their access scope from that admin.
3. Acceptable use of the platform
The platform is provided for the purpose of grounding, producing, and managing project cost estimates and quotations. You will not:
- Use the platform to process data you do not have the right to process.
- Attempt to circumvent workspace isolation to access data belonging to another organisation.
- Reverse-engineer the engine, or attempt to derive its models or grounding logic from its outputs.
- Use the platform to produce quotations that misrepresent your organisation or defraud a client.
- Overload the platform through automated behaviour designed to disrupt other tenants.
4. Your data and your responsibilities
You retain ownership of the project data you bring into the platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to ingest that data - particularly where it includes personal information belonging to your employees or clients.
The platform's role is a processor of your data on your behalf. The privacy policy sets out where that data sits, how it is secured, and how long it is retained.
5. Intellectual property
The platform, including its interface, its engine, its models, and this website, is owned by us and licensed to you for use in accordance with these terms. Your data - the files you ingest and the estimates and quotations produced from them - remains your property.
6. Fees, billing, and taxes
The Starter tier is provided at no charge as a free trial. Growth and Enterprise tiers are billed on the plan agreed at signature. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are added at the rate mandated by the jurisdiction of your billing entity.
Invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless a different term is agreed in writing. Late invoices attract interest at the statutory rate applicable to the jurisdiction of your billing entity.
7. Availability and support
The platform is a hosted service. We aim for high availability and publish transparent status information. Planned maintenance is notified in advance. Support responsiveness follows the tier of plan in place - community for Starter, priority for Growth, named-contact for Enterprise.
8. Suspension and termination
You may terminate a workspace at any time. On termination the retention window in the privacy policy applies.
We may suspend access if there is credible evidence of a material breach of these terms, particularly of the acceptable-use section. Suspensions are notified with reason.
9. Disclaimers and warranty position
Estimates and quotations produced by the engine are grounded in your project history and are intended as an input to a professional pricing decision. They are not a substitute for professional judgement. You retain responsibility for the quotations you send to your clients, including their accuracy, lawfulness, and commercial reasonableness.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of the platform to you under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the fees paid for the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability. Indirect or consequential losses - including loss of profit, contracts, or business - are excluded.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, subject to any arbitration provision that may be agreed in a specific order form.
