Company

Founded on a single, specific moment nobody wants to relive.

A good firm was about to send a quotation. The scope was near-identical to a project they had delivered two years earlier - one that had run six lakhs over. Nobody in the room remembered the overrun. The new quote went out at the same shape, and the same overrun happened again. Craftsheart exists so that particular kind of forgetting stops being an accepted cost of doing business.

the story

Estimating is a memory problem, dressed up as a pricing problem.

Every firm that quotes for a living has this in some form. A new project comes in. Someone in the room says "we did one like this last year", and they're right - but the details of what it cost are locked inside an inbox, a folder, a former employee's laptop. The quote goes out grounded in what someone remembered, which is almost always slightly generous to the memory and slightly costly to the margin.

Craftsheart is the engine we wanted to exist in that room. Not another template gallery, not another rate-card spreadsheet - a system that quietly reads the last two years of your project files and turns them into the answer to the question that keeps getting asked from memory: what did the last one actually cost?

Everything about the product follows from that question. Grounded references, explainable line items, feedback from real outcomes. No black-box totals, no benchmark databases, no proposal templates that lose currency by Q2. The engine works forward from your own history, or it doesn't work at all.

three principles

Three commitments that shape every decision we make.

Roadmap, feature scoping, hiring, sales conversations - these three get invoked more often than any strategy document. They are the shortest useful version of what Craftsheart is for.

01

Grounded, not remembered

Every estimate the engine produces points to real past history - or it isn't produced.

02

Explainable, not opaque

Every figure is traceable to the line item and the project it came from. Black-box totals are the problem, not the product.

03

Sharper with every quote

Pricing gets better because outcomes flow back into the loop - not because a strategy document was updated last April.

the demo we keep running

Every conversation, we run the loop live.

Slides feel dishonest for a product that does something specific. We show the loop instead. Type a brief, pick a preset - see the estimate assemble from references into a costed quotation. It's the same fragment that runs on the home page.
